Power-Packed Date& Oat Bars

Made with Medjool dates, oats, and nuts for a delicious and healthy treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almonds or walnuts
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend dates, oats, and nuts in a food processor.
  2. Add peanut butter and chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Press into a pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into bars and enjoy!
