Power-Packed Date& Oat Bars
Made with Medjool dates, oats, and nuts for a delicious and healthy treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup almonds or walnuts
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Blend dates, oats, and nuts in a food processor.
- Add peanut butter and chia seeds and mix well.
- Press into a pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
